We are currently looking for Data Architect.


  • Review and understand all Change Requests. Work with Development, Operations, and QA teams to define and prioritize efficient solutions that do not degrade our operations or security posture.
  • Identifies, prioritizes, and resolves complex problems. Contribute to our problem resolution and incident root cause investigation (RCI) / root cause remediation (RCR)
  • Ensures that effective data warehouse monitoring is implemented and that usage is optimized.
  • Participate in the full lifecycle of the data warehouse development from gathering and understanding end-user analytics and reporting needs, architecting the solution, detailing the technical design, implementing the solution, and validating the solution with Customers
  • Define and optimize data loading and data refreshing strategies
  • Implement and enforce standards and procedures to ensure data is managed consistently and properly integrated within the warehouse.
  • Take a leading role in evaluating new data warehouse applications, architecture, and technology choices for possible adoption and improving the performance of existing applications
  • Designs and implements highly scalable ETL processes with complex data transformations and data formats including error handling and monitoring.
  • Maintains and supports the data model by implementing and managing strategies for tuning and optimization for stability and perfor
  • Stakeholder in all Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, confirming that planned deployments comply with our design standards.
  • Stakeholder & contributor during our annual audits, which include: SOC2 Type 2, ISO27001, and PCI-DSS. Advise where and how product design can be improved to meet evolving compliance requirements more effectively.
  • Facilitate client communication during product/platform changes and enhancements
  • Contribute to the preparation and review of our Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews


Key Skills & Experience

  • University degree in Computer Science or related numerate/quantitative subject
  • Software development experience
  • Solid knowledge in SQL, PL SQL, security standards, BI tools, ETL tools and Microsoft/Azure specific technologies
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure Ecosystem, including but not limited to Azure SQL and cloud data solutions such as, Azure Synapse, Databricks, SQL DW, Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
  • Should have knowledge and experience in prototyping, designing, and requirement analysis
  • Experience and familiarity with Microsoft Business Intelligence Stack having Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS.
  • Experience working with Payment / Credit Card systems, particularly data processing
  • Experience working in environments, or with systems, that are required to be PCI-DSS Compliant
  • Excellent level of English, both spoken and written
  • Ability to resolve complex problems in a positive and professional manner
  • Willingness and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
