In the beginning of this spring we decided to wake up any sleeping cells in our bodies. So we designed the Spring Adastra Wake-Up Call which challenged us with an exercise that requires not only physical strengths, but also mental power that helps outstand other competitors – the plank pose.

It was a tough challenge, however, there were many enthusiasts that took part in. It looks like we have quite strong Adastrans! The longest plank duration was 6 minutes 22 seconds which was a surprise for us.

The awards were selected in a way to inspire more active time and build strength at home.
